In light of our recent announcement, we have put together a list of FAQ’s to ease with any queries you may have during this time.
Why has JRF made these changes?
Our FF&E offering has been a cornerstone of our business, but the move away from direct product sales was necessary to ensure that we are providing the best possible solution for our customers and staying ahead of the curve in this dynamic and ever-changing industry.
What is the new offering?
By transitioning our focus from product sales to a comprehensive FF&E solution, we’re able to offer a more integrated and seamless service that leverages our expertise and industry-leading knowledge. This means that we’re not limited to the brands currently in our portfolio, which results in a more comprehensive offering for our customers.
What does this mean for my order?
Rest assured that all current orders will be fulfilled with the same high level of quality services that are synonymous with our brand.
Who will be my point of contact on my existing order?

Who do I speak with regarding new orders or when is the last day I can order JRF pieces?

What does this mean for the JRF showrooms?
