Following a period of exploring how we can strengthen our offering and expand opportunities for our clients and team, it became clear that JRF and Move-in are highly aligned — with complementary strengths, shared values and a commitment to design excellence, creativity and delivery.

Bringing our teams together under the Move-in banner creates a more integrated and capable platform spanning design through to delivery. JRF’s deep experience across hospitality, commercial and hotel sectors complements Move-in’s expertise in FF&E procurement across Build-to-Rent and student accommodation.

This next chapter builds on the strong legacy of JRF, while enhancing our ability to deliver more ambitious projects through greater scale, depth and expertise.

Importantly, what won’t change is the people, relationships and collaborative approach our clients value. What this evolution brings is expanded capability and a broader offering.

We’re also pleased to share that Georgia Danos will join Move-In as Creative Partner, alongside the wider JRF team.
